FA: Workforce
FA Description
Workforce owns the end-to-end workforce experience, with a primary focus on volunteers. Workforce will attract, recruit and retain a customer-oriented, highly-skilled and motivated volunteer workforce. They will oversee communication, recognition and operational services while building a long-term legacy of volunteerism, supporting ill and injured military personnel. The workforce team will oversee all workforce operations at venue, and ensure the proper and consistent treatment of all workforce members.
Position Summary
Responsible for managing the workforce team as well as overseeing the implementation of all workforce activities at the venue. Supervises workforce deliverables at the venue, including check in, meal voucher distribution, management of break areas, as well as monitoring the morale of the workforce at the venue and addressing issues as required.

Tasks
- Run Daily Workforce Team Pre-shift briefing
- Provide HR Support for the venue; act as a key resource for all FAs on venue; knowledge of policies and procedures
- Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate venue workforce crew volunteers
- Monitor overall moral of volunteer on venue
- Ensure health and safety of volunteers

- Games Management System – Check-in process of volunteers
- Meet all FCC reporting requirements: Workforce Report, Incident Reporting; Meal vouchers
- Radio Communications

- Redeployment of volunteers based on functional area requirements
- Attend venue team meetings to understand daily operations
- Oversee check-in process of the workforce crew
- Supervise the meal voucher distribution
