FA Description
Accommodations (ACM) will provide Venue Management for the Host Hotel (Sheraton). ACM will lead the cross Functional team which will include representation from the Hotel in the planning/operations of the venue including room assignments for all client groups staying at the hotel, main liaison for all additional Hotel for clients staying outside of the Sheraton, hospitality first approach in dealing with competitors and friends and family, food and beverage operational requirements for all client groups inside the hotel, and budget considerations for competitors when outside the hotel.
Position Summary
Responsible for managing the ACM team as well as overseeing the implementation of all ACM activities and general operations at the venue. The VGM ensures all operations meet the standards established by IG2017 and that all relevant policies and procedures are adhered to. The VGM is the final authority for decision making and acts as the point of contact with the Hotel Management.
VGM also handles the MOC daily reporting

Tasks
- Working with the Management team at the Sheraton Hotel to ensure smooth daily operations and integration.
- Oversee implementation of ACM activities at Sheraton Hotel.
- Ensure ACM operations meet all relevant IG2017 standards and adhere to Sheraton Hotel policies and procedures
