Plan and deliver operations that occur on venues.
Position Summary
Event Services Team Leads are responsible for a team of event services crew in a designated area, ensuring they have the information and necessary equipment for their roles, breaking and rotating hosts throughout each shift and sharing and escalating information as required.

Tasks
- Provide information to spectators and volunteers
- Resolve customer satisfaction issues
Key Skill/ Area of Experience: Event Management
Tasks
- Monitor spectator movement and satisfaction and communicate to Venue Event Services Supervisor and Venue General Manager
- Communicate relevant information to VCC Operator and other Functional Areas
- Deploy and collect equipment
- Assist Venue General Manager and Venue Event Services Supervisor in their duties
Key Skill/ Area of Experience: Volunteer Management/Human Resources
Tasks
- Deploy and manage crew
- Track volunteer hours
- Participating in briefing and debriefing sessions
- Ensure crew has what they need to perform their roles
- Rotate crew as needed and coordinate breaks
