The Invictus Games National Flag Tour could not take place without the participation of our 150 Flagbearers who are proudly helping move the ceremonial Flag from coast-to-coast. From military men and women who have been injured in service to public citizens who simply want to pay respect to our wounded warriors, our Flagbearers are nothing short of incredible. It is with great honour that we introduce you to, and share stories from some of our Flagbearers. Be sure to continue to support the Tour by visiting handover events in your neighbourhood (dates and locations can be found below) and by sharing these stories of empowerment online.
Where are we going?
Invictus Games Flagbearer applications are now closed, but there’s good news: you can still be involved in the Flag Tour! As the Invictus Games Toronto 2017 National Flag Tour travels across Canada, we are encouraging the public to attend our official Invictus Games Flag handover events! Join us in cheering on your local Flagbearers while they hand off or receive the Invictus Games flag as it continues to travel from one coast to another. Flagbearer events range from community barbeques, to ceremonial events and gatherings at local iconic monuments. View the map below to find out when and where you can support the Flag Tour! Come out and feel the spirit of the Invictus Games, and hear inspiring stories from our wounded warriors of what it means to be Invictus.
