Plan and deliver operations that occur on venues.
Position Summary
Venue Crew may take on many roles on venue: access monitors, pre-information marshall, pacer, ticket taker, spectator marshall and info booth staff.
Key Skill/ Area of Experience: Customer Service
Tasks
- Greet guests and prepare them for screening area
- Direct and advise spectators on where to go
- Address/escalate customer satisfaction issues

- Check tickets
- Provide information regarding the event, competition venues, concessions, closest ATM and utilities.

- Monitor and manage crowd behaviour
- Monitor restricted access areas
