FA: Workforce
FA Description
Workforce owns the end-to-end workforce experience, with a primary focus on volunteers. Workforce will attract, recruit and retain a customer-oriented, highly-skilled and motivated volunteer workforce. They will oversee communication, recognition and operational services while building a long-term legacy of volunteerism, supporting ill and injured military personnel. The workforce team will oversee all workforce operations at venue, and ensure the proper and consistent treatment of all workforce members.
Position Summary
Responsible for delivering workforce activities at a Games venue. Checks in workforce and monitors break room.

Tasks
- Attend Daily Venue Team pre-shift Briefing
- Provide HR support for the venue
- Motivate volunteer population on venue
- Monitor break room
- Contribute to health and safety of volunteers
- Knowledge and compliance with policies and procedures
Key Skill/ Area of Experience: Office Administration
Tasks
- Games Management System – check in process
- Radio Communications
- General office administration duties as needed on venue
Key Skill/ Area of Experience: Customer Service
Tasks
- Check-in workforce crew
- Hand out meal vouchers
- Assist with the Volunteer Recognition Program
- Supporting team members in their duties – possible role deployment to another Functional area as needed (temporary)
