FA: Transportation
FA Description
To design and deliver transportation systems for Games time to move competitors (and their equipment), Friends & Family, media, technical officials and dignitaries from the host hotel, Games Guest Hotel(s) to/from the competition and ceremony venues.
- Bus operations

- To design and deliver arrivals/departures transport services to/from YYZ to the host hotel at Games time and to manage YYZ as a venue.
Position Summary
Coordination and development of a communication program with Fleet dispatch that will assist in the effective management in the planning and scheduling of volunteer Fleet drivers and Fleet vehicles
Key Skill/ Area of Experience: Dispatcher
Tasks
- Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations according to client requests, specifications or needs. Responsible for keeping records, monitoring driver’s daily logs and remaining hours of service.
- Relay client orders, messages and information to drivers, supervisors and venues where necessary to achieve successful execution of client orders.

Tasks
- Provides day to day customer service and support for drivers and clients. Provide proactive and timely communication of issues found, answer driver inquiries quickly, politely and professionally while responding to inquiries with urgency and accuracy.
