FA Description
At Games time, The Games Operations Planning (GOP) team will be responsible for ensuring that The 2017 Invictus Games has the systems and processes in place to allow for communication, escalation and resolution of any issues that arise. This will be achieved through the development of a clear and concise command, coordination and communication framework and the establishment and operation of an integrated Main Operations Centre (MOC).
Position Summary
The MOC Crew will be responsible for assisting in the operations of the MOC during Games time through the incident management system. The incumbent in this role will be responsible for receiving and logging issues as they come in, ensuring that these issues are escalated to the appropriated parties and resolved in a timely fashion. Taking notes during incident nad crisis meetings creating action list

Tasks
- Pre-Games the incumbent will assist in the delivery of Table Top Exercises focused on incident response to Staff and Volunteers of varying levels across the Organization.
- Participating in train-the-trainer sessions on the use of Incident Management Systems and Software

Tasks
- At Games time, the receipt of incoming entries on the incident management system, logging these issues and ensuring the appropriate parties are promptly informed and the issue is responded to and resolved in a timely manner.
- Consolidation of end of day reports coming into the MOC from across the Games theatre into one report that is disseminated to required stakeholders
