FA: Communications/Media Relations

FA Description

CMM is responsible for all communications to the general public, including the management of content, media relations, website and social media.

Position Summary

Volunteers assigned to staff media info desk, track and respond to general inquiries, escalate inquiries as needed, monitor news reports, research as required. The media crew will use pre-existing messaging to answer media questions, or will develop new responses and escalate for approval as needed.
